Technology Automation Group is one of the newest players on the collections consulting scene. Less than two years old, we already have a long list of satisfied clients and business partners who have experienced our fresh new vision on business and technology practices firsthand. We believe our perspective on technology automation is so useful to corporate entities that we have based our entire company on the concept.

What Do We Do?

To put it succinctly, we make things straightforward and simple for our clients. We take their manual processes and automate them with the near limitless abilities of today's technology. To name a few of our recent successes:

• New Business Automation
  We took a client's daily manual process of downloading a file from an FTP site, importing it into FACS with Enable, logging the import statistics, and archiving the file, and turned it into a scheduled, predictable, and informative process that no one in the company had to waste time on again. The automation would periodically check the FTP site for the file, and when it found something would download it and check to make sure the file was in the expected format. It would then import the file into FACS (with no human intervention!), grab the spool document, and send an email to the data processing division for logging.


• Client Web Interface
  We designed an interface that a client could use to view their placed accounts with an agency. It's a front end that allows almost limitless configuration so the client has access to see as little or as much as you want them to. It works with Artiva, FACS, and Vision, and can be easily customized to suite your needs.


• Collector Forms and Faxes
  A client recently asked us for an alternative to buying a Microsoft Office license for each of their collectors, just so their collectors could fill out a Word document and send it to the account holder that was currently on the phone. We devised for them a web application that would create the documents on the fly from the account information currently on their screen, and either email or fax the account holder the forms, based on the collector's decision.

Where Are We Located?

Our offices are located in Sherman, Texas, approximately seventy miles north of Dallas. Our clients, however, are located all over the nation. Thanks to technology we rarely have to be in the same location as our clients, and do the majority of our work from our home offices. We are, however, always willing to hop on a plane and meet with our clients in person.
